How I got started on my journey to help you
My vision is to empower every real estate agent and real estate investor to be valued, respected, and treated as a professional no different than a doctor or a lawyer. Through my coaching & consulting programs and online workshops, I will help you change how you do business or simply show you how to do business right the first time. Here is my story.
Like many remodelers and custom homebuilders, I got started in the handyman / renovation construction industry by talking with a friend in the industry already. The I immediately enrolled in the School of Hard Knocks.
I spent long, stressful years working too hard on the wrong projects for the incorrect margins and spending a LOT of late nights worrying about finances.
Everything changed when I recognized I needed to find solutions for the problems I faced. My journey to success in a residential renovation construction showed me three undeniable truths.
Number One – you need to sell work. Number Two – you need estimate it correctly. And Number Three – you need to keep your profit margin in line with your costs & expenses. If you fail to focus on anyone of these things, you are going to end up feeling frustated and/or defeated.
I successfully ran dozens of large-scale projects, mentored my teammates with project management processes, and managed demanding clients.

Put everything you think you know about contractors and throw it in the dumpster, because Eliot is the last contractor you will ever hire. I was highly satisfied with him from start to finish.
